In air-operated balance arms, when the load capacity increases or when using a linear motion type arm, the sliding resistance of the air cylinder and the resistance from LM guides and roller guides also contribute to an increase in operational load. To solve this issue, we have developed the "Electric Air Balance Control Device." By equipping the handle with a load sensor and gripping it to raise or lower, the air-operated balancer can be operated with a light force.
